About the Author

Md. Kamrul Bari is an accomplished Taekwondo Master, International Referee, and Coach with nearly three decades of dedicated involvement in the martial art. His journey began in Bangladesh in 1997 and has since expanded internationally, earning him recognition in both Bangladesh and the United Kingdom.

He holds a 6th Dan Kukkiwon certification and is a qualified Kukkiwon Master. As an International Referee in both Poomsae and Kyorugi, he has officiated at prestigious global events and actively contributes to the development of Taekwondo through coaching, education, and referee training programs worldwide.

Md. Kamrul Bari is committed to promoting Taekwondo not only as a competitive sport but as a complete code of life built on discipline, respect, integrity, and perseverance. Through this book, he shares his technical knowledge, practical experience, and personal philosophy to inspire practitioners at every stage of their journey.
